Brownawell Grist Mill:
Built in the 1850's, the Brownawell Grist Mill was in operation through all of the great American wars from the Civil War through Vietnam. It is constructed of heavy oak timbers and affords approximately 5000 square feet. I want to built it to produce power for itself. You will need fairly deep pockets and land near a heavy flowing body of water. This will be both a primal dwelling and on the cutting edge of what modern is.
